The purpose of the role is to ensure that all bank properties and premises are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, secure, and functional environment for staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of bank properties and branches.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and potential risks.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor and maintain essential building services, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, security, and fire safety systems.
- Assist with the preparation and monitoring of maintenance budgets and expenditure.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, activities, and inspections.
- Support branch renovations, refurbishments, and other property-related projects as required
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate, diploma, or trade qualification in building maintenance, facilities management, electrical, plumbing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in property, facilities or maintenance.
- Basic Technical Skills in Computing/IT, Numeracy/Financial, Office Equipment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
